Visitor experience featuring Austria's largest Circular Economy

Hallers exemplary, sustainable beef farm demonstrates how a circular economy really works. 1,500 bulls are fed with grass and hay from the neighbouring Ramsar conservation area; the animals are appropriately housed, based on their species, with plenty of space and straw; the animal waste fuels 2,000 housholds with green electricity and the bi-product from the biogas plant is used as a rich fertiliser.

Hallers Beef is perfectly aged, then deliciously prepared as steaks, classics or modern dishes in the Bullinarium. The accompanying Infotainment provides an insight into the virtuous cycle behind the food production. This modern exhibition, with cinema and interative multimedia experiences, and combining information with stylish design, was devised and installed by pronatour. Outside, the Bully Park adventure playground continues the Bullinarium theme.
