Adventure playground for children on the Zugspitzblatt
The Zugspitze AlpinePark invites small mountain fans to experience their first rocks: a seesaw, a climbing wall, exciting rope bridges and "MinispiX" – a viewing platform offering a comprehensive view over the enormous Zugspitzplatt – also make a day on the Zugspitze a great experience for children. The miniature version of the large "AlpspiX" viewing platform is a conscious cross-reference and promotes the adventure facilities in the "Garmisch Classic" area. Setting the stage at a height of almost 2,500 m in a landscape of rock and debris was a particular challenge for the playground builders. Finally, a glacier adventure trail leads visitors up to the Schneeferner, Germany's largest glacier.
