The "5fingers" viewing platform is the high point of the World Heritage walking world at Dachstein-Krip-penstein. The daring construction with its five bridges (five fingers) extends over a 400-metre-deep precipice and provides a breathtaking outlook over the panorama of the Hallstatt/Dachstein World Heritage region. Through their characteristic hand shape, the "5fingers" can be clearly recognised from a distance with the naked eye. Each individual "finger" can be accessed and provides a different setting. Visitors are greeted, for example, by a large picture frame, which captures the view over Hallstatt.
