The interactive exhibition in the old malt mill invites young and old to find out more about the Salzsteppe. In a playful manner, the adventure museum in Zwingendorf in northern Lower Austria brings visitors closer to the ecosystem of the Salzsteppe, unique to the area around Zwingendorf. Numerous interactive stations stimulate visitors to find out about the surrounding area, such as the indoor ground profile, where interested visitors can find out about the different soils in the area around Zwingendorf. An oversized gopher burrow lets children slip into the role of a gopher, and so find out more about the habitat and way of life of these animals through play.
